All Deposit's are Non-Refundable!
I will only accept deposits after puppies are born. Half of the
cost of a puppy is required for deposit to hold a puppy - these
are accepted on a first come- first serve basis, please call to
check availability before sending your deposit. A puppy is not
considered on hold until deposit is received. Please include a
brief description of the puppy you would like held. All deposits
are non-refundable! The remaining balance, to include shipping
expenses if necessary, must be paid by money order, pay pal
(must add 3%) or cash before puppy will be released to buyer.
Buyer may pick up puppy at 8 weeks or puppy may be shipped
at 8 weeks. On the rare occasion the puppy dies before buyer
has possession of it, I will return the deposit or apply it
towards another puppy - whichever buyer would prefer. Buyer
picking up puppy must have it paid in full by the time the puppy
is 6 weeks old and pick it up then. A puppy being shipped must
be paid in full by the time it is 6 weeks old. Any puppy not paid
for in these time frames will no longer be "on hold" and will
become available to other customers for purchase. In this case
and/or If buyer is unable/declines to complete purchase of said
puppy, buyer forfeits all monies paid to seller and all claims to
said puppy. Any puppy staying here longer than 8 weeks will be
subject to a $10/day boarding fee unless agree'd to in writing
before the puppy is 8 weeks old. Boarding fee's will be paid
Before puppies are released to their new homes. I also give 2
options: Full AKC for breeders price with AKC papers or "Pet"
price for a considerably discounted price, this means No
papers. By making a deposit, buyer understands and agrees to
all terms of this contract.
